Tacky comments for such a beautiful home and kind people. He’d cringe if he read your description. Disappointing.
I’m not sure what you find tacky, I agree it’s a beautiful home.
“disappointed neighbor” seems to have no humor. Their comments have no value since they chose to post anonymously. I understand from Bob’s post that he thinks it’s a beautiful home, lacking nothing.
Bob,
The home is in Milton, not Alpharetta. Milton, just named as having The Best Quality of Life in the State
of Georgia. That could be a good marketing point,eh?
You’re absolutely right Bill. The agent who listed the home has it as Alpharetta and, interestingly, many agents still use Alpharetta as the city when in fact a property is located in Milton. I’m not sure if it’s old habits or what. Regardless I’m betting the buyer of this home has a pretty good quality of life
I also live close to Greystone and was told to continue putting down Alpharetta as mailing address as to Milton until they actually have a post office in Milton.. Make sense
@Scott…whoever told you that was wrong. You live in Milton, so put Milton.
