Don’t pay to go see a haunted house, just preview this house after hours, I guarantee a scary time!
On to a 4 bedroom 2 bath "home" being given away at $9,000. Not afraid? It’s a scary good deal as the description explains; "With some sweat equity, repair funds, a long term mindset for wealth building and local property management attention, this property sits within 1/4 mile of ATL’s next 50 years of hyper-growth, and can be a moneymaker. It’ll rent"
And finally, the most ghoulish of real estate opportunities. A 4 bed / 1 bath for $9,900 listed as having "some fire damage but a good floor plan" .
