Unique Home In Milton Ga I took a walk through one of the most unique homes I’ve ever seen in Milton or Alpharetta. I’ll start off by saying, this home isn’t for everyone but I wish there were more unique homes in our area? The fact that this home isn’t what you would expect to find is what makes it truly exciting and interesting. This "Jetson’s" house is made entirely out of cinder-blocks. Yes, both the exterior and interior walls are cinder-blocks set in soft curves which, quite frankly, result in a odd but very unique floor-plan.

Parts of this home are so 60′s contemporary – bachelor pad cool.

The center of the home is sort of a tower which contains the kitchen on the main floor and a bedroom up, which is the extent of a second level in the main house. A four foot wall surrounds the exterior courtyard / pool and a carport connects the main dwelling to a "guest house" on the left side. The guest house has a kitchen, master bedroom, bath and living area on the main floor with another "upstairs" bedroom in the single room at the top of the other tower. In Like Flint

I think it would be great if there were more cool, unique properties out there. I would love to see something like this home built from shipping containers , or this wood, glass and steel home !

This Foreclosure Is Hiding Value

Besides being rather unique it has it’s problems. Quite a bit of water damage inside and out and a roof that is shot. So, where is the value? It sits on just over five acres in the heart of Milton. It should sell far below the asking price; imagine finding five level, private acres in Milton at $40,000 per acre.

Or, if you’re that one person out there looking for something really different – maybe this floor plan is for you. Either way, it’s an interesting property to say the least and I would love to see more unique properties out there. Do you know of any worth mentioning?
