Last night the Fulton County School Board voted to approve the final version of the school redistricting map for North Fulton. There were no parents who showed up last night to make any further comments regarding this heated issue that left many in Roswell and Milton unhappy.
Communities like Enniskerry , Taylor Glen , Richmond Glen and Triple Crown will be going to Milton High School if this final proposal gets approved. White Columns and Holcombes Farm will be in districted for the new Bethany Bend High School .
Edenwilde , Saddle Creek and communities east of Houze and south to Mansell that had be in the Roswell HS district will now attend Milton HS.

This final version will take effect in August of 2012.
I am completely heartbroken and quite frankly disgusted with the board’s decision to tear apart the Manning Oaks & Hopewell children when they reach High School. It is clearly evident the board did not consider the emotional and social wellbeing of the children in this travesty. Shame on you Fulton County.
